The Slop Garden ("we," "our," or "the experience") is a collaborative 3D multimedia project. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you interact with the garden at aislop.garden.

2. Information We Collect

A. Authentication Data

When you sign in via Slack or GitHub, we collect your basic profile information (name, email, avatar) provided by the OAuth provider. This is used solely to identify your contributions to the garden.

B. User-Generated Content (UGC)

We collect the text prompts and audio files (MP3s) you voluntarily submit to the garden. These are stored in our database (Supabase) and file storage (Cloudflare R2).

C. Analytics & Cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how users interact with the 3D environment. We also use strictly necessary cookies for maintaining your authentication session.

3. How We Use Your Information

To associate your identity with the prompts you submit.
To process and evolve the 3D environment based on collective consciousness.
To notify our internal team (via Slack) of new submissions for review.
To improve the technical performance of the 3D scene.

4. Data Retention

We retain your submissions indefinitely as part of the historical evolution of the Slop Garden, unless you request deletion of your account and associated data.

5. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following infrastructure partners:

Supabase: For database and authentication.
Vercel: For hosting and deployment.
Cloudflare: For DNS, security, and asset storage.
Google Analytics: For engagement metrics.
